Route: Travelling over the Orwell Bridge, from the A14 take exit sp Lowestoft A12 and Ipswich East. At the roundabout take A1156 towards Ipswich. Travel for a little over a mile passing Honda Garage on your right and at roundabout take the third exit to enter Trinity Park. Note: Trinity Park is signposted – look for their brown signs.

Enjoy a relaxing Bank holiday weekend with the family at stunning Thorpeness - the inspiration for Peter Pan. The village boasts a wealth of character with its beautiful Meare, beach, tearooms and shops and lovely Dolphin Pub and local golf club. It is also only 2 miles from Aldeburgh lending itself to a lovely bike ride along the coast and the programme will be in keeping with the Bank Holiday.

Route: From A14, exit at Bury St Edmunds West, follow A1101 towards Mildenhall, following brown tourist signs towards Anglo-Saxon Village. Ignore right hand turn to West Stow in Flempton, continue through Lackford, towards Icklingham and follow rally signs.

Programme: Own sanitation essential. Do as you please weekend on the site of the West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village. Take a visit into the Anglo-Saxon Village www.weststow.org, or take advantage of the visitor centre, including café serving breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea. There is also a large children’s playground on site together with countryside trails and heath and woodland walks. Alternatively, simply explore the local area by visiting the Suffolk Wildlife Trust at Lackford Lakes (approx. 2 miles from site), or taking a trip into the historical town of Bury St Edmunds with the Cathedral, the Abbey Gardens and the Saturday market, approx. 9 miles.

Route: Take the Bury St Edmunds East turn off from the A14 (A134) and follow signs towards the town centre. Go straight over the first and second roundabouts. Then at the third roundabout, take the first exit marked Nowton Park onto Nowton Road. Continue on this road and then follow the rally signs. Continue on this road and then follow the rally signs. Programme: Own sanitation essential. Drinking water available. Relax do as you please rally in the park. With almost 200 acres of landscaped countryside, there is something for everyone. Nature lovers can visit the unique arboretum which is home to trees from around the world. Walk the lime avenue, one of the finest examples in the UK, or lose yourself in the maze, created in the shape of an oak tree in commemoration of the Oakes family who were the former owners of the estate and then rest with a snack at the café in the park. There will also be various children’s activities in the park. Alternatively, you can catch a bus and visit the historic town centre, with its Saturday market and abbey gardens. The historic Ickworth House, is also just three miles away.
